We are a custom design and build company based in the heart of Amish country, Lancaster PA. We focus primarily on barns, horse barns, timber frame structures and custom residential.
We started as 3 Amish brothers who had a dream to do what they love in 2008. Since then, they've left the Amish community but still hold those amish building techniques near and dear to their hearts. We pour our heart and soul into each customer relationship and each build.

So this was 3000 sqft under roof or 3000 finished living space? I LOVE this
labeling this 3,000 sq ft home as "minimalist" is rather insulting to anyone making less than 100k$/year and actually looking at building on any budget.. ha. im a master carpenter, i couldn't afford to mortgage the materials alone. nice home, great work, but NOT minimalist!!
Minimalist is a style so it can be applied to any size project.

Is the size of the Barndominium limited by the size of the lot? For example, can I build a 100x40 on a 0.78 acre lot?
Hi Sean, thanks for your question! It really depends on your local code requirements for stormwater management setbacks, etc. I would recommend reaching out to your township for more information!

Not enough windows
Phenomenal builder! Have seen their work first hand, watched a project from start to finish these guys did for a good friend of mine. She literally waited over 18 years to get to built her dream. She was thrilled every step of the way. They also build outstanding, functional, high end beautiful barns and indoor arena. Workmanship is exceptional. The design team makes your dreams come true, very easy to work with. Work is on time. I know hard to find in the industry but finally a builder you can trust.

I'd love to move back home (Georgia) and build a nice barndo. Living space upstairs, and entertainment downstairs... Movie theater, VR/PC game room, jacuzzi etc. Oh how I miss the snow (yes I miss it lol) Commiefornia SUCKS.

Thank you for the comment. These cabins were fun to put together and a little different than our normal builds. Being a custom builder means we get to try new things based on the needs / desires of our customers.
How much to build like this
That is a great question! It is very difficult to give a specific cost because our builds are completely customized to the desires of our customer. There is a wide range based on the options that you'd like included. With that being said, you are looking at approximately $350k to start and up from there.

Yes, T Hopkins, that is correct. 4 horse stalls downstairs and timber frame living quarters upstairs. We obviously take special precautions to reduce fire spread and air flow. Do you like the idea
Who wants to smell horse Sh!t from horses downstairs? Plus horses carry lots of germs more than a dog or cat.
@@ZackWolfMusic fortunately, there are ways to ventilate so that your living quarters aren't impacted. It's only as good as the people caring for the horse stalls through.
Absolutely gorgeous craftsmanship! Cant get enough of those beams and tongue and groove ceiling. What stain color is the ceiling? So beautiful. We designed with Quarry View and had an excellent experience.
